Ron Roesler is a retired Chrysler Corporation executive who played a key role in the company’s “Iacocca era” transformation through continuous improvement, leadership development, and team empowerment. In recognition of his contributions, he received the Chairman’s Award "for his outstanding contributions" from Lee Iacocca.
Beyond his corporate career, Ron has dedicated himself to fostering personal and community growth. As National Elder Chair for the ManKind Project (MKPUSA.org), he has helped men cultivate integrity, emotional maturity, and spiritual depth. He has also served in leadership roles within his church and chaired a nonprofit that successfully revitalized a large portion of inner-city Detroit.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, Ron now writes from his home on Whidbey Island, Washington, where he and his wife, Helene, embrace each day as a gift from God.❤️
